Bocca Interiors (“the company”) refund policy:

Non-bespoke products:

For any items that are not classed as bespoke, we accept returns for a full refund (dependent on condition) up to 14 days after purchase. Products that are not bespoke and that are eligible for our 14-day refund policy will be stated under each product description.

We cannot issue full refunds for items that have been received damaged or faulty. Please see our policy below for damaged or faulty products.

Bespoke products:

Please note some of our furniture are bespoke pieces that are specifically tailored to your requirements. Therefore, a different refund policy will apply to these items.
Made to measure, bespoke, personalised and any special-order furniture can only be exchanged or returned if received faulty. Unless stated otherwise on our website, our items are bespoke.

*Made to order items include all pieces where you select measurements, colour, fabric or material finishes from options that are listed on the site. This also includes any items that are handmade.

Faulty or damaged products:

Bocca Interiors (“the company”) tries to ensure all products are handled with great care during the delivery process so that products are delivered in perfect condition. Please always check your delivery as soon as it has been received.
If the products received are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours so that the problem can be resolved. The company will not be held responsible for any damage after the 48-hour window after the products have been received.
Any contact with the company relating to damages or faulty products needs to be communicated via email, no other form of communication will be accepted.

When emailing us within the 48-hour window, please ensure pictures of the faulty or damaged goods are provided, for both the interior and exterior packaging. Pictures of the specific parts of the product that are damaged, along with a description of the damages will need to be included when contacting us.

For any self-assembly products it is important that you follow all included instructions extremely carefully, as the company cannot be held responsible for any self-assembly products that are damaged as a result of incorrect installation. Please ensure that you check all parts are provided before assembling.

When returning goods that you received damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged products, but will be reimbursed the value of the damaged item (not the cost for the postage) after we have received and inspected the products. 

In the case of damaged goods being received we will provide a replacement or repair as our first action, if we aren’t able to provide a replacement/repair we will begin the refund process. 

Shipping costs for returned goods:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach the return address. Please make sure you pack the item/s in their original packaging which is purposely made for it. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order, together with any necessary insurance cover against loss or damage.

We will not be able to offer a refund if the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, so please use the original packaging provided with the item.

Returns must be sent to the returns address which will be provided to you.

Returns to any other address other than the issued address will invalidate the returns process in which the customer will be liable for. 

Order Cancellation

After ordering any product there is a 48-hour window in which you can cancel your order, after this time as production has begun, we will not be able to cancel your order.
You cannot cancel an order or get a refund once the item has been shipped from its origin country, if the items have been shipped before the 24 hour window we won’t be able to cancel the order. 
We aren’t able to retroactively add discounts to order / cancel orders for the sole reason of implementing discounts. 

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  •  “The Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to:
    Bocca Interiors trading name of Global House Trading Limited

    “Products” refers to the items offered for sale on the website
  •  “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  •  “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
